Starting from 2009, subsidiaries began to form around the company “AZ AV Lines”, each of which specializes in performing certain construction and production types of work. One of these companies is AZ AVS CJSC. As a result of the growth and development of the group of companies, in order to effectively manage the businesses belonging to the holding and conduct investment activities, AZ AV Group management company was established in 2021.
Today AZ AV Group is a company guided by innovative solutions and partnering with leading players of the local market. As a result, the company has become an institution that creates, designs and implements some of the largest and most strategically important projects in Azerbaijan. Currently, AZ AV Group of companies includes three independent companies: AZ AV Lines, AZ AVS CJSC and AZ AV Projecting, Engineering & Consulting.
Each of these companies has its own specific list of areas of activity. Thanks to the accumulated knowledge, experience and high level of services, all three companies continue to operate in accordance with international standards. As a result, a long-term operational cycle of delivered projects is ensured.
